In spite of the financial challenges we face today, Postal Service employees continue to ensure that customer service is our top priority.

Our delivery and service scores in the Nevada-Sierra District are at an all time high.

Our customers are at the center of all our efforts. In planning and executing future programs and policies, success means engaging all stakeholders—from businesses and consumers, to employees and labor leaders, to industry and public policy leaders. In this time of uncertainty, we see opportunity to build on a solid foundation of service and operational excellence.

Our local Postal Customer Council is made up of Postal managers and the Las Vegas Valley business community. The PCC can be a powerful tool for you to utilize and help grow your business. We invite you to join our PCC meetings, become involved, network with local business leaders and voice your needs to insure a viable Postal Service for America.
